At Blackstone House Publications, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Books can be returned within 28 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

  • Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@blackstonehouse.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Ship the book(s) back to us at Blackstone House Publications, PO Box 1091, Harrow, HA1 9HG.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace books if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • To request an exchange, email us at info@blackstonhouse.com with photos of the damage.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
